Viaro Energy CEO Francesco Mazzagatti shared his views on an impactful energy transition, including significant investment into building up manufacturing and storage capacity for clean energy, as well as diversifying the energy supply chain. Instead of punitive measures that limit production, such as the windfall tax and limited issuance of licences, Mr Mazzagatti argues for an inclusive approach to traditional oil and gas producers.
This includes improving efficiency and reducing emissions alongside investments in green energy research and innovation and development of renewable energy sources.
