Viaro is delighted to be an official partner of Commonwealth at 75 and has collaborated with St. James’s House on the publication for the past year.
The book, written by academics and authors and produced in partnership by the History of Parliament and publisher St. James’s House, is a commemorative project which explores the history of the Commonwealth. It celebrates the 75th anniversary of the family of nations and highlights achievements and progress across social, technological, commercial and cultural spheres.
Viaro was pleased to attend the official book launch on 10 October 2024, having contributed a piece on the UK energy transition. Our CEO Francesco Mazzagatti explained “we have to keep producing gas domestically and we have to use it as a bridge to a brighter regenerative future.”
We are determined to play our part in the British energy transition. The SRM Foundation was established under Francesco’s vision to support research and innovation as well as promote awareness for a socially just energy transition. The Foundation’s ambitions are showcased in its partnership with Robert Gordon University in Scotland, which will guide the university to achieve its net-zero goals and help students discover employment opportunities in the UK energy sector.
